My picture was already made and uploaded 5 month before ( June 10, 2005 ) -> take a look at FC [link]

Hi, your right - the basic idea is not mine, I already found a few versions of this :

I think this is the original -> [link]
There is a version on DA -> [link]
a Version at a news Site -> [link]
and a version at flickr -> [link]
an other version -> [link]
an other ersion -> [link]
and I think a lot more !

but I can´t find a german Version, so why and who should I mention for this ?!?

Well it's just that the whole piece is just a designed text... you copied the design, you translated the text. I don't say it's a violation but since the concept wasn't your idea you should point to the original (or your source). Putting your copyright on a translation just doesn't make sense. Imagine Martin Luther would be credited for "writing" the Bible.

thats what I said, I saw a similar eng. version years ago, last year I remembered, and made my german version for the FC, there was no direkt source for it.
There is no problem for me to name out a copyright of a text or original print - if I would know who had the idea ! I can´t remember which I saw years ago.

by the way the right translation of :
"censorship causes blindness, can you see who is blinding you"
is
"Zensur verursacht Blindheit, kann du sehen, wer dich blind macht"

if I had hurt hereby now rights, it was surely not conscious.

All I want you to do is to edit the dev-description and add a line where you point to any english version that inspired you. Doesn't have to be exactly the same you saw years ago :D

Das sieht sonst so aus als würdest du dich mit fremden Federn schmücken wollen. ;)
